I used to tease him and said that he needed to keep up because Washington might need to contact him for advice But I'm still addicted to FaceBook, since I run an online business, I need to keep in contact with my customers and their activities.
Same for me. I began on Feb. 1, so three day for me. Yay! Like you, I'm turning my attention to building out and participating in my substack, which I write with my daughter. No ads, no algorithms. Trying to be more present with her, not to mention less stressed.
I've found that it's been easier to stay off the socials than I expected. And totally agree about Substack. I don't feel like at the whims of the algorithm! Wishing you the best!
